Cancellation Policy


We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients.


Late Arrival Policy


Arriving late to your appointment may impact the services we can provide. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to fit the remaining time. Full service charges will still apply. Please plan accordingly to ensure the best experience.


Booking Policy


To secure your appointment, a valid credit card may be required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is reserved and protects against last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.


Refund Policy


All services are non-refundable, as they are customized to your individual preferences. However, if you are not satisfied with your results, please contact your stylist within 24 hours, and we will be happy to address your concerns and make adjustments.


Service Guarantee


Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please notify your stylist within 24 hours, and we will make it right. Additional charges may apply for major adjustments outside of the original service scope.


Children and Guests Policy


For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you unless they are also receiving a service. This helps maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.


Product Return Policy


We accept returns or exchanges of unopened retail products within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. If you have concerns about a product, please reach out for assistance.


Health and Safety Policy


If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. We are happy to waive cancellation fees in cases of illness to ensure the safety of our team and clients.


Payment Policy


We accept cash, credit, and debit cards for payment. Tips are appreciated but cannot be added to card payments. Please bring cash for gratuity if you’d like to leave a tip for your stylist.


Gratuity


Gratuity is not included in the service pricing and is entirely optional. If you wish to leave a tip, we recommend tipping between 15–20% of the service cost, depending on your satisfaction.
